Allison Grand Sport

I have a 2001 Allison Grand Sport Elite with a same year Mercury 280 hp 2.5 liter Sport. I am considering selling it and am wondering what folks think a reasonable asking price is for the package with hydraulic 10 inch setback jack plate. Boat is a 8.5/10 condition and has been a fun and reliable boat. It is my second Grand Sport and it is hard to consider parting with it but looking to go in a different direction perhaps. Sale would include a custom sunbrella cover (fair shape with a few patches) a tandem wheel boatmate trailer, as well as a Hoss Hyper drive 30 pitch prop. I also have a Mercury 28 pitch chopper (worked by Dave Bostic) to sell, a 29 pitch SRX and a 25 pitch Mercury trophy. All in 8-9 of 10 shape. Baker Marine/ScaryFast.com.

Boat is turn key and has been raced in lake Racer 2 class for a few years and used primarily for just fun and cruising on the MN lakes.

Again, just wondering what thoughts are for price as I am not sure what a fair value is for the package with accessories. Not looking for an exact price just opinions on a range of value. Thanks!

Yeah, I know Mike. It is not an easy decision to sell this beauty. It has sure served me well and nary an issue with the motor. Still running strong and smooth. Unsure what I will move on to but to everything has a season. Jennifer and I are doing well and enjoying the retirement life. 4 years in now! Where does the time go!? Hope all is well up north on the Whitefish Chain. Miss the days of running with the Fast boat crew up there in that area. Not much left of that down here. All wake board boats and pontoons. Jen says "Hello!"

Garett, it is a regular mid on my 280. that was the recommended setup and works great.

You are at the top of the list. I will keep you updated in the days ahead. Boat is in storage in my out building in Detroit lakes MN area. I would assume prospective buyer would want to take it out and run it so........Ice out generally the third or fourth week in April on our lake-Big Pelican in Ottertail county.
