I was recommended to a guy from the S&F site and sent him money for a prop and I know the letter was delivered and the USPS money order was cashed but the guy says he never received it. I am trying to get more information from the post office to see the I.D. of who did cash it. This is the first time of potentially getting screwed.
Any ideas.

Did they contact you though PM and tell you to email somebody?

Sounds like you got scammed by a "Email my buddy at $%1@gmail.com, he is a straight shooter and has the part you are looking for." Scammer we have seen here. PayPal only with purchase protection (not friends and family). If they want $100.00, add 2.9% and $0.30, so on a $100.00 part send the seller $103.20 and the seller gets his $100.00 and you are protected and will get your money back in this situation.
