chrome care
I just got a pair of new chrome rims for the trailer and I want to know whats the best way to take care of them.
Is there any kind of sealant i should use for this or is it best to leave them bare.only individual to receive the quad kill (d'oh) award in goldeneye

Could clear coat them. But some times the they tend to yellow. Wax them and wax them then wax them some more.

You only need to wax them. But you have to keep them waxed to keep them from rusting.
If it's a high quality chrome job it'll be more resistant.
If it's a cheap job it's going to rust more easily.'90 STV

Wierdkid, use a polymer sealant such as Zainos or Meguiars then top it off with a coat of S100 wax. After you wash the wheels each time is all you will need is a shot of a quick detailer spray, Zaino makes a good product called Z6 gloss spray ,I use it on the boat, the truck and my cars after I wash them.
