    Twin 300x on a 22stoker

Wild question. Already have a 22Stoker with twin 2.5s. Best thrill ever. There is barly an inch clearence between them when they are straight.
How much more in width are 300x. There is a pair for sale in classified.

They are too wide and too heavy for a 22 Stoker.

    agree with racer ,,,,
what 2.5s u have on boat now?
if have 260/promax style cowls motors are probably 18" centers
300x cowls are large @ 21 1/2" wide and the shape is wide at rear
so 23 1/2" centers to mount and not hit when turn,,,,,
thats 5 1/2 wider and over 200lbs more
and if refering to the 2 300x motors at 38,500
id do some 2.5 motor work for way less and really haul ass,,,,,lol

Yea that makes sense. Any suggestions on where to start on the 2.5s. I know milling are the heads are the easiest way to gain performance. Had a 2.5 10 years ago that would turn 9000 RPM.

Any pictures of your boat? Sounds like a killer set up. I've seen a few 22 stokers with twins and love them.
