I don't think it would do gallons ..

The can would probably stand still and the saw and my shoulder would both break ..

My thought was to clamp the saw in a vise , zip tie the trigger wide open and come back in a few minutes to a mess or paint ready to go ..

If this one works out, I'll grab up one of many dead verado's I have left behind @ the junk yard .. to make use of the amazing torque to do gallon cans ..

When I used to paint aircraft, we had a real paint shaker. It worked really well as long as the lid was tight and you had it clamped in properly. One of the jug heads was shaking up some gray floor paint to do some touch ups in the hanger... It looked kind of like modern art after a gallon of gray paint came out on the shaker!!! That is one time I wish I had a phone with a camera video. We hid around the corner until someone hit the breaker.

Took a while but finally got the plate back. Now if i can only figure out the best way to support 300lbs hanging off the edge of my bench lol! I designed the plate with lag bolts on either side of my T-slot to anchor the plate and maintain its regidity at the t-slot. The original plan was that the lags would be enough. Im second guessing that idea now for sure. To be continued.....

Awesome fix on the stop plate ..

Nothin wrong with adding an extension to your wood table.

I had some 4x4's and 1x8's left over from my latest round of fence mendin .. so I made me a purty sturdy ( way ******* over kill) table ... with racks for two of them big-azz Wally~World bin's to slide underneath ..
