You will be amazed when you start playing with engine heights as others have suggested. At first, jack it up an inch and see what it does. If it likes it, go another inch. When you start getting close to perfect, you will be moving it in 1/4" increments (6mm). Big changes on the front end just help get there faster. You may already be perfect...but the only way to know is to experiment. An adjustable jack plate makes it quick and easy to make changes and play with heights. Good luck!

Your motor should be rated 5000-5500 rpms max speed, if I remember correctly. I don't think 5600 would hurt a thing. You could always have a little cup added to your prop by a good prop shop. BUT, the speeds you're getting are REALLY good for the power, I'd tend to leave it alone.
