    3.0 lower unit

There is a gentleman on here that donates a bunch of time helping the handicapped and disabled. I won't mention his name. I have worked on his stuff for years. He knew I had tried to retire but asked if I was still doing stuff. I explained I would for certain former customers. Found out he is working with disabled vets and one of them needed a little help with his boat. I agreed to do it and am thankful for the opportunity to help. Most of what he needed I have got taken care of but when I went to reseal the lower I was bummed to see the condition of the prop shaft and the drive shaft. They both need replaced along with the driveshaft seal holder. Gears and housing good. This motor is a 99 Merc 225 3.0. Not looking for charity, just useable parts at a decent price. I cannot believe what 3.0 lowers are going for. Thanks

You may get away with using a sport master upper bolt in seal some were little lower on shaft and you have to drill and tap case

Turns out I had a couple prop shafts left and one of them matches perfectly. Do need the driveshaft and seal holder. Thanks

Call me rock, I have what you need. Boxes of 3.0L parts...pay shipping on whatever I have and you need. Finding a driveshaft may be hard but I know I can take apart a lower to get one. Seal holders, shift shafts, a prop shaft, seals, all that I have. You helped me out a few months ago so if I can get you any parts you need I will.
