Yeah the owner still uses it around here. I believe it ran 92mph in the 1 mile shootout. It's a heavy boat. Cool as hell though.

I didn’t know there was a shoot out up there. I thought it was only the boat races on Thursday. Was there a shoot out last year?

Joe Bachman and his band played several times at Blarney Island. He made a video of one of his hit songs which featured Fred Neilsen's 36 Skater. Enjoy!

That would definitely be cool Mike. Not exactly sure where Lily Lake is but we'll have to talk this spring. Think I'm going to mount my motor back on the transom instead of on a jack plate I converted into a hydraulic jack plate. I did alot of stuff to the boat to try to get rid of the porpoising problem I have to no avail. I'm working on another boat that might be good to run up your way...I'm restoring a 15' Hustler tunnel that I'm going to put a recently purchased Johnson GT115. Probably try the jack plate on it when I get it done...prolly not for a couple more years though. We'll talk...Dan

I was lucky enough to see one of Dan's restorations. Boat looked new.
