This guy wants to boat more than any of us.

I can’t believe the lengths they go to go boating, they rebuild fabricate do whatever it takes to get on the water.

A little rough around the edges .. but i would give that young man a job in a heart beat. Good to see that there are young guys willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, even if they don't live in the United States.

I have watch them pull a rusty pile of poop of a motor apart and free everything up and get it running with no new parts, probably won’t last long but they do what it takes.

I don’t think he did a 3 angle valve cut, I knew he was going to use the drill when I saw it sitting there.

So this guy built a boat from scratch and powered it with twin engines and surface drives, and rigged up the entire thing all in his backyard.

And here I am stressing out about drilling holes in the transom of my Progression for the setback jack, lol.

That is so damn cool! I really needed to see that. It has motivated me to get off my ass and do some things I’ve been wanting to do. Still wondering why an Arneson surface drive costs so much now! Anybody else think he splashed an Eliminator hull? Lol happy new year guys

    Way cool project!

Love the do it yourself mentality.
Doing all the work in sandals

The motors look to be 3 banger, non turbo diesels.
    20 - 25 hp, 2500 - 3000 rpm and way heavy??

I say we swap them for 2 stroke sled motors and let em eat!!!

    Way cool self engineering though.

    Love it.
I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.

I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.

    You’re right.

I had to go look at my JohnDeere.
I thought it was a 4 cyl but is a 3 cyl Yanmar.

    I think 27 hp.
