So I was thinking of adding more core to the bottom of the boat so I bought a sheet of divinycell foam it’s about 3/16” of a inch thick. Glued down with CSM edges filled in with thickened resin and 1 layer of 1708 over all the core 2 layers on the pad, not the prettiest job was in a bit of a rush to get it done but in not to worried about it, it will never be seen.

Here it is! Full transom/knees possibly the first hydrostream with a full transom and first voodoo with transom knees?..
it’s extremely strong can’t move it at all and extremely light weight!
I rate this transom for 200+hp. But would never happen as the boat is too small to float it but 100% can hold the weight and power witch is crazy on such a small boat.
4-layers of 1708 over Cossa board 3-layers over the side wing core, knees tabbed in with 6oz cloth followed by 1708 then CSM over everything to tie in all the tabs, in told 9-layers was put into the transom.

I decided to Gelcoat the core to seal it up and to fully cure the resin underneath..
1-thick coat.
also drilled some drain holes in the knees to the bilge box area.

Back at it. Been working 7 days a week for 4 months straight. Using my leftover 1/2” pvc coring to core the bow of the boat so it can be walked on, I always walked on it before but definitely shouldn’t of sine the fiberglass is super thin and I could of broke threw, also put my dash board in with 3/4” Cossa, and I put 1/8” foam up the side boards of the boat to give it some strength witch it does.
1lyr of 1708 on both sides of pvc on the bow.
CSM over dash board, and side board foam.

Putting in my Cossa floor! 1708 on the underside of the floor, then Bonded it to the boat using epoxy that I thickened, then filled gaps around all edges with thickened resin, then tabbed the floor in using CSM, then I cut out full size sheets of CSM to go over the entire inside of the boat looks real good now!

Been working like crazy on the boat lately getting so close to putting back into one pice again!
Made a seat mount and glassed it in, got a pice of 1/4”aluminum plate drilled and taped for the foot pedal no screws going into anything on the boat, Put a strip of honeycomb at the back for the gas tank to sit on so it won’t sit on a angle, Made a floor mount shifter plate and glassed it down,
I made fiberglass cylinders to run wires/hydraulic lines “rot prof”
Made a mount for the Tethered cord out of 1/16” stainless plate glassed it right above where my leg will sit.
Bought new led lights and put them in, I had put that pvc trim there when I bought the boat and had the led’s and loved them, So I had to put them in again went with just blue..
Threw a quick coat of waxed gel on the inside where you’ll see, I will be sanding it and do some filler work to get all the imperfections fixed, Then I will be Gelcoating the whole inside of the boat.
