Relion seems to be a great one for boats, probably the direction I will go some day.

Ive used Battleborn Batteries for years now without any issues. I was actually the first customer of theirs to use them in a marine application years ago. There have been countless youtubers dissect them to prove the quality compared to other brands. They are a bit higher than the competition but like most things, you get what you pay for. We just shot a new release video for the 50 and 75 amp hour group 24 12vdc units that are under $500. Most people find that the 50AH suits their needs fine without having to spring for the 100AH model.

I've used EarthX in my motorcycles, and they perform flawlessly. They can make pretty much anything for any application, maybe worth a shot contacting them. They're a quality piece, and made in USA. Great people to deal with.

Ionic batteries hands down. Not only good lithium batteries but also have a Bluetooth to your phone so you know exactly how much charge is in your battery without getting a single meter out. The app can tell you the amp draw the amp being charged temperature you name it it's really nice. Let me know what you think I can help you out with themClick image for larger version.

I have seen the Bluetooth feature and that is really nice, I need a24v for trolling, mainly to cut down on rear end weight and space, I have seen the 100 ah and the 200 ah,I want to make sure that I have enough power to get through a long day of trolling if necessary, also would need the appropriate charger

In most cases 24 and 36 V trolling motors can get away with 2_50AH or 3_50AH batteries. I have a 55 Pound thrust motor mounted minkota with a single 50AH at 1.5 mile an hour or 10 AM draw I can run for 5 hours constant. Now as you know a 24 V trolling motor uses less amps that's why I say you can probably get away with the fifties if you're planning on running a trolling motor only area then I would highly recommend you jump to 2 100 AH. Now I will also tell you that 5 hours wasn't enough for us so I bought 2 more 50A h's now I have a 100 AH and should get 10 hours of trolling out of the 2 50 ah batteries. the 50AH 12 volt ionic batteries weigh 17 pounds

That's what I was gonna ask if you had them linked or a single cell, so those shut down before being completely drained? I have heard that if they get completely drained it will ruin them, not sure if that makes sense?

That's a myth, I have run mine down till the BMS ( battery management system) shut them off, fishing was real good, did not hurt them. I would not recommend it however, and with the app you can monitor them. The nice thing about lithium batteries is they do not loose voltage, like wet or AGM batteries, the min you start using them, they run full voltage till they are dead.

There are 4 cells in a 50 AH battery. They run around 13-14Volts.
