Rust Stains in White GelCoat
Any ideas on how to remove? Been trying to use CLR and a brass bristle brush.

I use Rust-Off a product used mostly for taking the rust from well water off of houses. About $10/gal at HD

Whink from the laundry cleaner aisle of the grocery store. Wet gelcoat, put Whink on it, watch the rust stain disappear, rinse off. Cheap and safe.

I tried it and found it to be a quick and easy solution. I appreciate your helpful suggestion. Thank you for sharing!

Years ago I ordered the solid buffing bars from Mini Craft. From what I understand this is a rouge type compound used mainly for polishing metal but it works wonders on gel coat. The orange clay color bar is the heavy cut, the white is medium. The medium worked great for everything I needed.
