    Rust Stains in White GelCoat

Any ideas on how to remove? Been trying to use CLR and a brass bristle brush.

I wouldn't advise it. Vinegar is fine for the steel, but it *might* react strangely with what appears to be urethane on the heads.
Unless the OP isn't bothered by hazy/discolored dbell heads. In that case, proceed with the full baptism.

Whink from the laundry cleaner aisle of the grocery store. Wet gelcoat, put Whink on it, watch the rust stain disappear, rinse off. Cheap and safe.

Yes and very toxic........don't get it on your aluminum trailer or any metals on the boat or it will etch them.......plus the fumes are crazy.
