Greg Horn ran a Del in SJ with a 1350 Merc. Number was 865. Even pulled a skier with it in the Sammamish Slough race. 1971 / 1972 This Del did not have an aft cowling. Button down tonneau cover instead. From looks of the photos, the boat might have begun its life as a kneeler? I think this boat might have had Evinrude power at some point? (Bert Fraley)

Who was the first owner of Horn's boat? I thought Delrosa mostly built stock outboard boats with a couple of OPC tunnels here and there?

Have heard Bob Holloway, Greg Horn , Ron Baker all mentioned as early owners. Trying to figure out the order.
