    Not a OMC guy..... But I would think.........A reed setup..... from a newer OMC.........would flow better.........Merc 3.4 is a Cross X.........Phiffft...................Ya Haa.......Think my Crank at 74 pounds..... will keep spinnnin.........

    What type of motor are you building ? If this is for a fuel injection project most guys use an ETEC 3.3/3.4 front half; as the earlier ETECs get more hours on them these are getting easier to find.

    I'm just collecting parts for a future 3.3 build. I know of a couple X-fronts that are currently on complete engines that the owners don't want to split up. I have a 3.3 E-Tec front getting modified to accept injectors as well but that is for a more mild build. Partially want one for the cool factor not gonna lie lol. I'll have to hit up a couple different groups on FB. I'll find a X-front one of these days.
