Who Does Custom Dash / Custom Switch Panels?

I'm looking to replace the switch panels & dash in a little Skeeter project I bought. Want to go to a dash mounted screen, and get rid of the turn knob style switches.

Any suggestions on where to go for that? Anyone do this up in Canukistan?

Here are some pictures. The dash might get a little complicated, but the switch panels should just be flat and fairly straight forward.
