ID:	497135Hey guys hopefully this is the right place to ask this, my Daytona came with this 2.5l 245 carb, runs flawlessly but Iím really not a fan of the premix situation so im wanting to sell the entire setup to help fund something oil injected. Iíve searched and canít find a single forsale post to gauge a price so maybe someone here can help me out.

In all seriousness, do you want to sell the whole thing or just the power head?

Not too many guys going towards oil injection, most everyone gets these off like they are the plague.
Would be cheaper for you to add an oil injection setup to this motor. Pretty much every merc owner on this site has one laying around somewhere

The sporty LU is worth $2k all day. I'd say around $5k. The painted cowl is probably a detriment. Good luck with it.

Alrighty. Bare metal got me. Anyhow, a nice CLE is still worth good money in today's boat market. I'd still say the motor is worth $4,500 or better. JMO. Good luck.

My guess would be somewhere between $4,000 to 6,000 depending on condition.

What is different between this motor and a 260? On the plus side, would it be less likely to flatten the battery?
