The boat ramp is in a small town called Harborton.....The house is in a nice town called Pungoteague......The house is old and needing work......

There is no Coocheyville here. But it is down the road from Onancock, which also has a nice boat ramp on the Chesapeake Bay side. It is also across the road from Assawoman on the Atlantic Ocean side.

This is a spare house I have..... I bought it for my Mom and Dad to live in......but they never moved down here.....and now I am going to sell it.....never rented it.... been down that road.
The house is in poor shape....has termites but is still very solid........a classic......needs a old house lover to fix it up.....I am too old to do that kind of work anymore.....Did a title search and it went to a time when titles had names of the land..... this one is called Loftland on the title........part of the house is done with pegs and cut slots..... no nails.....Morten and tilen?.....I live in a 120 year house..... one is a nuff.........
