97 merc efi 175 water in exhaust?

    1997 mercury efi 175. Serial 0g549797
Is this normal? Noticed today boat idling tied up to the dock that there was water spritzing or dribbling out of the cowling exhaust outlet. Not a whole lot but definitely drops dribbling and spitting out.
I brought it home and ran it on the muffs and it didnt do it.
Pic is where the water was coming from. I am NOT talking about the pisser stream.Click image for larger version.

It’ll pick up some water from the water level that has partially filled the can on the exhaust’s way back up to the exhaust relief you are talking about. This is why it didn’t do it on the hose because the mid Is dry , no worries
