    28 Mercury Racing Max 5

    Max 5 ST has 8 PVS holes and was labbed by BBlades propellers.
    In great shape.. To small for mine. Has unbelievable hole shot on this rig.

    I have been curious on how one of those 5's would do surfaced on my 300?

    We run them surfaced without issue on the XB21's and with R motors. The motors are usually 1.5" to 2.0" inches over the pad. The boats are much heavier than yours. I would think it will handle your application fine if you can spin it.
