Death Metal.
Took my son to Ybor City to see a few of his death metal groups, Dying Fetus, Vitriol, Terror, Frozen Soul, and I am not kidding it was the nicest group of people, sitting at the bar was was Corpse Grinder from Cannibal Corpse. Kyle from Vitriol completely shreds and my son models his playing off of him, the base player liked my sons shirt of their band so much he got a picture of it.🤟

Hell yeah!!!
This type of music always gets a bad rep by mainstream people thinkin the bands are satan worshipping drug addicts, I've gotten to meet many metalheads and they have all been cool. Good pics!1977 Hydrostream Vector 2.5 Promax

My son explained it so perfect to me and my wife, he said to him it is like how some people watch horror movies, they know it’s not real but he likes the shock value, but mostly he likes the guitar riffs from Death Metal. And shredding.

I am not that into Death Metal but the energy is great and I love doing stuff with him as he is going to UCF in the summer and we are trying to squeeze in as much father son stuff as we can.

I grew up listening to disturbed, killswitch engage and a few others, really are some good people, like you said, regardless of what mainstream makes them out to be

I hope he has a quick recovery. Make sure he doesn't push recovery, it rarely goes well when you do.
