Mercury tech?

I'm looking for a Mercury tech/ mechanic to change a 1 piece to a 2 piece exhaust adapter plate on my promax motor, around the Knoxville TN area. Suggestions? Thanks

Welcome to Scream, Rled. It’s not hard to do if you have a cherry picker or hoist. You should have no problem finding a good shop. Plenty of fast stuff in east TN.

If your Pro Max is of the 225 HP vintage make sure you install that matching vintage 2 piece as the exhaust dump size that leave the block is larger and the same gasket size as 260,280,drag , if the smaller regular 200, 150 HP engines units are fitted in the place of the larger correct 2 piece the engine will over heat due to exhaust leaving will be restricted dramatically . IF you have a 200-150 Pro Max any of the fishing motor 2 piece units will fit …
