    New SeaStar Foot Throttles??

Has anybody tried the new Foot throttle from SeaStar?
It looks to be well thought out? Anybody have experience with these?

    Thanks Stoney

Yes, they work great. Smooth and adjustable. Improvement over a hotfoot for sure.

Agreed, it’s a very well made throttle, I really like mine.

Does that have an adjustable/sliding base? Looks like it in the pictures. If so, I might replace my hot foot with one of these. They look really nice.

Yes it has an adjustable base and you can adjust the angle the cable comes into it.

Anyone have a photo of the Pro Pedal installed? Everyone still happy with it?

I bought one for my build. It’s a real pedal, smooth, accurate action. Definitely not a hot foot squeaking and sticky.

My wife found a deal at wake zone marine. It was priced well compared to amz and others she tried. It’s was around 250 with the slider plate

Weight difference from hot foot? If it’s lighter I might need one!

The EX Foot from Liberator*21 here only weighs 2.8 and you could make it lighter by trimming the edges of the base plate.

I got the raw aluminum one but might cerakote it to match the boat.
