Hi Everyone,

Some of you may know already that I have been devoting most of my time to my mom's medical care, and that has required increasing demands on me physically, mentally, and financially. A number of site updates and items such as T-shirts that I know many of you are waiting on, have had to be temporarily put on hold while I work through this difficult time.

I wanted to make this post without creating a big wall of text, so I won't write a novel about it, but the important point I wanted to communicate to you all is how grateful I am for your support as this site has passed its 20th anniversary.

I don't have as much time at a computer now so I have been trying to manage as best I can on mobile devices, so if there are any pressing issues, please call or text me at 239-297-4264 anytime. My email is always swamped with messages and getting through it on a phone is just not easy.

I just wanted to ad: we lost a month of Google ad revenue, due to the repeated violations of a few people here, who I begged to stop the immature nonsense. That will hurt me now more than ever. Those of you that created that pain should feel proud. Get a little giggle in for it, right behind your keyboard. Go on, you earned it.

This site is registered with Google as a 13-and-over site, and they take that very seriously, as do I. When their search picks up posts that contain content contrary to that classification, they will not serve ads.

If anybody here posts something purposely to antagonize others, please ignore it. And report it.

maybe a 3 strike rule can be implemented and people get the boot? I think we all appreciate your efforts Greg, but if there are people here that are damaging this site, I say boot them! It is not worth risk of further actions from some that may damage this site and the rev needed to operate the site.

20 years is pretty cool. Still my favorite site, despite all the nonsense. I have said this before, one of the car sites I frequent is ruthless about deleting/banning personal attacks and political stuff (which are somehow linked). Works for me.

Because of this site I got back into fast boats which was my love as a kid up into my teens. I heard about the Radical Boat Reunions that Rus use to post on here, I built a Laser Ltv signed up and have never left. Thanks Greg.

My condolences about your mom. I lost my mom back in 2013 and I still miss her.
