I'm sure that if someone wanted to step up and pay for permitting , insurance , safety crew , electric fee , etc. I'm sure that they might/could get a Monday rain-date. Complaining ... not so much as one single **** given ..

Lets see , the starting area is 30' long .

7 mph for 7 seconds is ........... 52.8 feet .. Easy to complain , hard to do simple math = fake news.

Cheating ..
We all watched smart weapons fly into windows , down AC ducting .. back in the early 90's . I'm sure if it bothered some baller bad enough , he could devise a system that took the starter out of the equation .. except to throw the switch OFF for visual safety reasons .. but then it would cost money .. harder to make a positive commitment to a sport than complain about it.

Will always chirp .. Hixon Tenn. site has one good thing going for it most other racing venues do not .. no chain link fence to lay on for day's .. means no rail bird poisoning (galvanize against baby soft forearm skin) and no Monday appointment with the veterinarian ..
