Weldon fuel pump cavitation
Anybody have a problem with this? My port Weldon 2005a seems to cavitate (I can hear it sometimes) and once and awhile around 4000 rpm my tac with fluctuate 1-200 rpms on the same motor. Now, I just searched and found a thread where a few people had an issue like mine but they traced it to a set of props?
Anyway, I don't want to hurt anything so I am debating about sending that pump back to Weldon to see if they can find anything.
Any ideas?

Yep, except yours is the 2015a, mine is the 2005a. Fuel pressure is fine. I was going to put out intake tube and make sure it's ok. I have spoken with a few people that told me their Weldons all sounded like mine do. I know they are load, but this one cavitates a little.
I just don't know.
