ISO added fuel capacity- 21’ cougar mtr currently 2-15 gal

Recently purchased 21’ Cougar Mtr has twin 15 gallon round saddle tanks. Looking to add fuel capacity. Twin 2.5’s like lots of fuel I’ve learned. If anyone has ideas or a solution it would be greatly appreciated. I hope this is correct forum this is my first post. Thanks

Any open room in the center, not familiar with that boat very few are, just have to figure out what space you have in the center and have a tank made to fit, I'm putting together two saddle tanks feeding a center tank that the motor feeds off.
    Show it to a welder.

I also sent you a dm. Fuelsafe makes some neat custom tanks. I was thinking about putting one between my sponsons up front. Not too much weight though, and then how to plumb it. I can go roughly 58-65 miles and that is cruising and that is on fumes.

Wildman puts one big tank in rear between stringers.on his liberators. We have a mtr also and that is where we would mount it. Just a bitch to fill it, you would have to rais su deck lid, I guess

Ordered one of these Monday came in today, $80.00 to your door, they sell a 10gal for not much more, might sell larger ones also, made in China (where else) One of my employees use to weld tanks for boats, I asked him how much would his old boss charge he said $200 to 300, he shook his head how to they make $ at that price?

Thank you for all the suggestions, I was thinking a 28 gallon tank between the stringers like wildman does not sure of his source either but Erick has more seat time in his eliminator and was making me lean towards the bladder tank in bow - problem for me is there’s a divider? that doesn’t appear to be removable easily Not sure what is called but only 7 inches to fit tank through . I’ve only found one place so far that makes one that collapses to 7 inches. I will try to share the link if I can figure out how.

I will get pics next time out as soon as lower unit comes in , I think mine sits higher in rear than his eliminator. Rear tank between stringers definitely the easiest- and yes I will eventually have custom saddle tanks built. Just trying to come up with something for now , bladder tank I did find is $690.
