I have a few sets that are like new. My pump blew on mine and I just went to an Atlas. I'd be willing to sell a set.

Didn’t Land and Sea reinvent themselves as a dyno manufacturer? Are they still big in that field?

Yes, not sure if they are still doing the dyno thing.

My Valero had the L&S 4" jack. It was great, nice and tight and powered up/down at any speed well. It did leak down when I bought the boat but I rebuilt it ( easy ) with some o-rings. Theres more info about these in this thread here if its any help

There is one on the Viper I just purchased and reading that Vipers like very little setback is why I'd like to keep it @ 4" setback and freshen it up. I had purchased one new back in 1986 to put on my Checkmate so am familiar with them. Living in Ma. I drove up to there shop in Salem NH to get it back then, always worked great without issue. Have a local Hydraulic shop too, think I will bring the pump to them while it's off and apart.
The white plastic slides are dried and cracked but big thanks to TNELSMN who hooked me up with a spare set he was willing to part with.

I believe the pump on the L&S is a prestolite if that wasn't mentioned in the other thread. Pretty common back in the day with snow plows and whatnot

They had a couple different styles, early ones were a OMC pump I believe. Then they went to a more compact design witch had reduced travel.

The slides were an issue, the white plastic was replaced with black and the screwz to hold them in place changed design a couple of times.

If you can't get the plate working Bobs makes plates with pumps built in now.
