Carb Stumble.
Remove bowl drain screw, & install OMC # 0344275, float bowl nipple and add a short section of hose to each nipple and plug off the hose. This will hole just enough fuel to help w/ the stumble.
OR see Johnson/Evinrude Technical Bulletin # SB 1428 for a modification to the carbs. works great !
