No problem at all for the cowl. I’m glad it’s going to someone in need.

That pic is deceiving cuz the decal looks okay from that angle but the other side is pealing off. New ones are needed so possibly if anyone has anything laying around that they don’t need, maybe they could donate? I’m sure it would be appreciated by all.
Looking forward on seeing this all come together for Dan.

We have made some pretty good progress on this project. Around 100 hours have been logged thus far. Tons of sanding done and lots of parts have showed up. Those there tonight voted on some key elements of the final product. We don't want to post all of the details to keep somewhat of a surprise factor here. At the moment, we have about 20 more hours of sanding to get it to where it needs to be. We are still waiting on a few items, but if all that was committed to shows up in the next week or two, we should be in fair shape parts wise. We plan to post some more photos of progress in the near future. Thanks again to all of you who have helped and have committed to help with this. I know Dan and he will be forever grateful to all of you that participated.

Steering is shipping out today. Hope you guys can reassemble it. Good luck with the project. I didn't send the fuel pump as someone else said they were donating a Holley pump. Best of luck. Sorry to DanO for such a huge loss.

Last week we were in Jasper, TN for the ODBA finals and met up with some friends who delivered some really nice stuff for the project. It continues to amaze me on the love and generosity of the people in this group. You guys are the best.

First off this beautiful piece was donated by Baicour DM (Brent) and UMPBA, our local boat racing organization. This was a custom, one of a kind design by Brent and will be a focal point on the boat. We really appreciate this:
