Helping out this way what what this site is all about. I'll check to see if I have anything Dan can use.
I met Dan at the HydroStream Power Tour a few years ago, and I'm sure most of you can understand the kind of loss this is to people like us that have such a passion for these boats. For many people, it's much more than just a boat, but a big part of their lives.

I have a hydraulic jackplate I bought used and never took out of the box. Was told it works. I will try and get it out this evening when I get home. It is a 6" I believe if it works and will help.

I know this isn't on the list, bit I have a panther 2" static setback plate that I regularly pull off one shelf to the next if it would help, and I'll look for a couple other things. I also like the aforementioned idea of sending donations. A guy that gets kicked in the nuts that hard needs some help.

Don't really have any spare parts. Sent some cash via PayPal. Good luck!

Pretty sure I’ve got a couple of trim pumps sitting on the shelf.
What exactly are you looking for / what’s it being hooked up to?
PM me some details and a shipping address and I’ll get something boxed up.
Cheers.
