His last words to us..

Here's where i want to talk a little more candidly men......about getting the shot. I think you all know me by now, that I am for our civil liberties, and our constitution first and foremost! And when this is is done, I'm just a friend pleading with his friends to consider the shot. I saw how my son came down with it and was better in two days!!!!.....like a headache, sorethroat, and nausea.....and done!! Not so for the rest. And me? I could be down for months.....maybe a chair? We just dunno right now. I dont wish this on anyone men. And if a vaccine had just kept me to a three day bug...........we wouldnt be talking right now.
I dont want this Chinese MADE killer virus to hurt one more person. I was the last straw

.....to me. So, as I meet people, I am gonna just politely ask them to consider getting the vaccine. From what I have learned, my antibodies, are only gonna be reliable for three to four months. So, i will go get a shot then. I dont want to do this to my wife again....to have her take care of a cripple, when it couldve been avoided.

I love you men, and I want you around. Prayerfully consider it before you just outright say no......deal?

And please pray for me and my family, and wisdom with how to handle all the mess coming down the pike soon. God bless!!!

I'm pro-vaccine in general... but I already had Covid-19 and even though the antibodies may diminish fairly quickly (newer U.S. data, released after the January NIH announcement, found protective antibodies lasting up to 10 months following infection); there is a lot more to human immunity than antibodies. The T-cell and B-cell immunity lasts much longer... "blood cells in our body, so called "B cells and T cells," contribute to the cellular immunity after COVID-19. If SARS-CoV-2 immunity is similar to other severe coronavirus infections like SARS-CoV-1 immunity, that protection could last at least 17 years."

Hate to be the first one to tell you but It's NOT going away, my wife got her booster shot Friday I'm more that happy to get one when they give one for the J&J that I got.

I to have lost friends who weren't vaccinated and now covid invaded our boating community.
Talk to your doctor and choose that advice wisely.

It’s very sad that someone here died. I would hate for there to be more deaths of our group.

65 percent of us, including children, are vaccinated. The vaccines are not perfect, but the odds are much worse without them.

I read those stats on Saturday and thought I would not post here about them. No point annoying people. But now someone is dead and I ought to say my piece.

I’m the type of person that if someone tells me to do something.....I’m going to do the opposite (especially a politician).

Like other members here, I had family members and friends pass from COVID. My brother in law lost both of his parents with in a week. But the one that changed my mind about the vaccine was seeing my other brother in law (57 years old and in good shape) in a self induced coma for a month in ICU. By the grace of god, he made it out and except for some vision problems.....he’s doing ok.

I support everyone making their own personal decision about the vaccine and I don’t look down on anyone that chooses not too. But please think of your family. And as of now, there seems to be very few side effects from the vaccine.....

Once again, it’s a personal decision and I hope I don’t come across as ‘preachy’ but please think about it if you have not gotten the vaccine.

I will take my chances. If you want the shot, get them. ( however many they end up giving you) but don't get in my face about it. That is how I feel about it. No amount of browbeating will change my mind. If you are fully vaccinated then shut up and go about your life. You need not worry right? You are "protected" so why would you deem it your business to make me?

Dr. Malone suggests waiting for the (Pfizer) BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, now marketed as Comirnaty, which was granted full FDA approval on Monday... if you take one (including Pfizer) that is under the emergency use authorization the drug company is protected from future liability.
