    This thread has me wondering about my Vandal. I have a 140 crossflow for it, but I have a couple V6 mercs here too. Thinking the XR2 I have might be the better way to go, and I have a ton of props for this. Hmmm

    I don’t think I can imagine a vandal with a promax. My imagination just can’t get it there at full song. I think I’d feel more frustrated than pleasure having to modulate the throttle so much. Heck even a 140 crossflow on one of these is going to really cook

    Ran a vandal with a 140 IL6 and it was maybe the perfect combo. 24p chopper would do it all.

    83 V-King, 96 Mariner, 200 hp ff block 2.5 w/a 28p choppa

    My viper ran 81 and change with a 115 inline 6, and just ran 87 with a t2x, 2 people and a coned shiftable inline case I've owned a viper with a v6, the inline drives way better.Click image for larger version.
