    aeromotive fuel pressure regulator issues?

Anyone have an aeromotive fuel pressure regulator not hold pressure? I have 56 lbs at idle, drops to 52 lbs when you rev it up.

Is it the aero motive regulator for EFI motors? And if so is it getting the proper vacuum to the vacuum hook up?

Usually when the fuel pressure drops its one of the following. Improper Vacuum, Fuel Pump going bad, Compromised or clogged fuel filter thats starving the Injectors.

That pump will (supposedly) draw up to 18 amps... is your battery voltage dropping when the pressure drops?

Not sure but battery has 2 rides on it ie brand new as is the fuel filter, regulator, hoses etc, all new rigging
Question is basically just to see if anyones had any issues with a new aeromotive regulator, likely its not the issue

Well I use aeromotive regulators on all my race motors. And if everything else is functioning correctly they don’t have a pressure drop. So it’s either defective or something else is wrong.
