Hope that isn't the problem. Didn't the water show up when you did a compression test?

No, even had it to the dealer because I knew it was slower than normal. It was a small amount of water... maybe only when the head/gasket were hot or only when the water pressure was real high... or maybe it just kept getting worse the more I ran it. i don't know for sure but it was obvious when we got it apart.

Might be a good time for a compression test just to be sure. Maybe buy a set of head gaskets and take a look see.
