Ya got me , growing up Mom didn't like to cook (except for holidays) so I became curious of all that is culinary. my all time favorite is Emeral ,,, hands down a jolly good fellow that can slap some stuff together and make you go Mmmh. lately have gotten mezmerizedby the dudes over on , barbquepitboys.com ( think thats the link , will correct if need be ) these guys can spin your head around with the simple use of a Webber grill . Fun Out

Sounds like a tasty meal there! The only Louisiana food I've had was from K Paul's in New Orleans and pretty much everything else was a po-boy of some kind

Too bad they have a limited shipping range. Where I am the shipping is free if you buy over 100 bucks.

AND it is a bit pricey, but no worse than a restaurant, probably cheaper. They stuff everything! Chickens, pork loins, and even porkchops. I had some sausage stuffed porkchops a while back that were off the hook!

Oh, and then the stuffed pork loins wrapped in glorious BACON!
