    $12,000

    The motor that will be included with this boat is a 1990 Johnson 225 hp, not the motor seen in the pics which has sold.

    This hull is nearly identical to the newer Liberator 22' tunnel hull boats sold by Randy Corson new with this exact motor for around 65k.

    The boat shows well for it's age. The gelcoat is in excellent condition. There are some scratches and worn areas on the hull commensurate with a nearly thirty year old speed boat but nothing that compromises the integrity of the boat. There are no stress cracks! It is clear that this boat has been well taken care of. Three bilge pumps all work. Battery replaced early this year. Dual axle trailer is in great shape with tires replaced last year. $1000 custom cover made last year.

    Something to mention for those who've never experienced a tunnel hull boat; they ride incredibly smoothly over rough water.The two tunnels that run under the boat narrow as they run aft which lifts the boat out of the water creating truly air ride suspension!

    Some areas needing attention eventually;
    There was a hot foot pedal with the previous motor setup and four bolts were drilled through the bottom of the boat. It has since been patched but the patch is amateur and so it will need to be redone eventually. It doesn't leak, it just looks subpar. Padding on the front seats is shot and they should be replaced. Rear bench is good. Dual 27 gallon aluminum fuel tanks. Port side tank leaked so I ran it dry. Aluminum tanks are repairable or you could swap it for a new one for a few hundred. There is a toggle switch on the dash to go between the tanks. Speaking of dash, the wiring for the analogue gauges was disconnected when the motor was installed.

    For sale locally. The boat and motor sold as is. I am happy to talk to or message with you if you have any questions.

    This 22 ft hull is essentially a larger more stable version of the 20 ft riot hulls. Very stable over rough water at high speeds.

    genegenre@gmail.com. the Johnson 225 is a trade from the buyer of my 300r. He says motor runs and planes on his boat but only able to hit 30 mph on a 22 ft pontoon so we'll have to look over the motor over the next couple weeks.

    Yeah, 300r on a 22 ft pontoon, Believe it or not! I didn't ask!! Only need the sports master and race version for boats over 85 mph as I understand. To each their own! Should still be able to hit about 65 mph not bad for a barge.

    If your 225 Johnson doesn't shake out that well I might be interested in it for a parts donner or a rebuilder. I am modernizing a couple of GT 200's.
    What do you think?
