300 optimax prop setup

Looking for info/direction on prop setup. I’m running twin 300 on a 25 Talon with 33 vented props. 50 hours on motors. I’m only seeing 5000 RPM’s.

If your going to re prop the boat, I would go to 28p props. I'd also switch from thru- hub to over- hub exhaust on a light setup like yours. Your preference would be how it handles with a chopper giving bow lift or a cleaver giving stern lift. With this set up you should turn you approximately 6200-6400rpm
