I did this a few months ago. Bought one for the Eddie Marine locking shifters. Can't remember if I re used the ignition switch from the original box. Think I did. Also found a Hardin marine product to anchor the shift cable (black cylindrical piece on the cable) I'd have to look around to tell you exactly what that was. But you have to lock the cable housing in place so the shifter moves the inner cable.

The anchor mount is part number 620 60210 from hardin marine.
