    WTB: YAMAHA lower unit

    I really just need the casing, I have all of the internals. Needs to accept internals from and bolt up to a 1988 225 V6 Excel.

    Will consider a complete unit if it has a 20" shaft.

    My casing cracked, weld repair out of the question. If any other lower units can work for my application I'm open to suggestions.

    (side note, does anyone know if the HDPI or OX66 lowers are compatible with my engine?)

    I have a case that is locked up.... I could try to pull it apart.......Or I have a good 20 incher.......

    I was at Accurate marine on Long Island 2 weeks ago and he had about a 100 used Yamaha lower units, might give them a call.
