70's was right after Sunny Moved to Florida. I believe 67/68. So It was Authentic back then. Sonny sold it back (early 90's) I had come home on Leave from South East Asia. I remember Dad telling me. "Sonny called and hes sold His BBQ restaurant". He Told me "Hubert They Ruined our BBQ".

Gordon dropped off a full rack yesterday. I'm still convinced .. he makes the best , smoked , dry rubbed , ribs on the planet ...
    I'd show ya .. but they're all gone ..

But I do use a "mixin-stick" like this to stir my coleslaw and pork~n~bean's ...

    Well lets hope so ..

Nice fella , friend of the captain ... says he wanted a 15" one. I have no idea what he's gonna use it for ...

Forkin , I was at a race in Shreveport . Rained off and on for day's . When it was finally over .. I asked a local .. where can a fella find a good Cajun meal around here ?
He said .. boouuy , do you know where your at ?
Yes sir , Red river raceway ... he said : Texas is 10 miles that way and Oklahoma is that way by about twice as far .. you better off askin for a steak house. But if you want Cajun .. on your way home .. just before you get on I-10 stop at Prejean's on the little access road in Lafayette ... He was right , best Cajun food I ever had
