    1968 Camaro

Just wanted to see what it was worth. Can't find anything that is comparable. Was my Mom's and she left it to me. She bought it new. All original except paint. Always garaged, rust free. Has not run in 10+ years. 250 six cylinder, 3 speed in the floor. 99K original miles.

Probably only 3g but I'll give you 5 ..lol
    But seriously
Actually I have to look for the link but had an older car guide for prices ..gave you pretty detailed prices for condition running not running etc....will post if I find it.
    rust free... pics of interior?
Are you thinking of selling or need price for insurance or none of anyone's business..
Also it's as worth as much as someone willing to pay and even not running as long as the rest is in good shape
Probably worth more than you think...have seen them sell for a good amount more but we're all original and running ..sure you know other factors
    Economy etc..

It really depends how long you want to shop it around and how hard your willing to work at it. A close family friend of mine sells classic cars approx 3 per year. He takes them to every major event and has them detailed to perfection always. He only buys top level stuff or possibly damaged top level stuff and repairs and whatnot. He has owned a couple John Moss cars to give you an idea.

now what he pays for most of these cars? Well, that’s another story. In the end money is always the same. You gotta work for it if you want to make it

Fairly rare car, and appears to be an excellent shape survivor! which will command top dollar, no way I'd let it go for 10k.
Similar car, but not as nice, imo.

A 69 maybe 20 but a 68 I don’t think it will bring 20 although I’d certainly enjoy to be proven wrong. I recently built a 68 bird. This is mostly tin to be built into something it’s not a valuable model it’s a base six which probably has drum front brakes so aside from the tin and maybe the interior there’s not much meat on the bone for a restomod and if there’s a big market for six banger base anything? It would be the first I’ve seen it. You can buy brand new bodies for 10-20 pending options. Maybe 15-20 if you were patient?

if it does sell fast at 20+ Let us know I can get more lol

I've been offered 10K by several people. One guy is hinting at 15K. In no hurry to sell. Thanks for all of your responses. Just trying to find out a reasonable and fair value.

I'll look for that guide if you don't have one or someone to give you a realistic selling price..it's not in the list I have but got to have it somewhere was looking and was using it... driving me nuts that I don't remember what the page was...guess I'm lucky I remembered I was looking for a car..lol

I'm sure you'll be quite happy with the final out come, there are only so many "unmolested survivors" in your's condition out there.

    before

this is what it looked like before I knocked the scum off

I appreciate the comments. I am probably going to sell it as I don't have any emotional attachment to this car. I only drove it on weekends when I came home from college.

My Mom was always a Chevy girl. She bought the first Chevelle in town in 1964.

    Nice car for a project.

I thought "survivor " meant original paint?

Put some modern suspension and brakes under it. A junkyard LS and drive it!
    ANTI40It's just an idea.

Yea that's a really straight looking car for a restomod, most are rust buckets or beat to crap... when you put that out there and you will get good money for it. Take it to one of the big car show / swap meets in NC even if you don't sell it there the word will spread.
