This is part of the hose I cut out. Sucker was stopped plumb up. Cleaned it out with a piece of coax, and some air. It's flowing good now. I've got quite a few props to try on it. 14x28 cleaver, 14.5x30 cleaver, 14x26 drag, 14x22 drag. Have only run it with the 30 cleaver so far. Obviously didn't like it too much the way it was running.
I liked ET or choppers on my mirage. Cleaver didn’t carry the bow until the boat aired up at 70+. 30p is a good size for river riding.

Took it to the river to test it, and of course the fuel pump won't come on... haha I didn't even mess with the fuel pump... getting 12.5v to the pump. Not sure whats up. Frustrating.

Is it a Bosch 044 pump? I think it’s the factory pump used on a 260. I had one that sat for a while, same thing, I tapped it a few times and it started working. It’s not a bad idea to use a relay in the pump system, although I’ve done it without and it still works. I’m thinking you probably just get better amperage to the pump. The relay was a must when I went to a Weldon Fuel Pump.

Don't think it's an 044. I'm not positive what it is exactly. Worked fine 2 weeks ago. Put the battery on charge to see if that helps

It might be a Bosch 984. The thread looks like it’s maybe a 3/8 but it’s not, it’s metric.

Not sure, the terminal location is off compared to mine. Not sure if that design has changed recently.

If you need to replace the pump buy it from a reputable dealer there are many counterfeits out there.
There are some videos showing you the difference between a counterfeit and the real Bosch.

Just ordered an 044 from Summit. Charging the battery didn't make much a difference. Will try again after I get them swapped.

    You were correct, it's a 984 that I removed.

Any recommendations on where to locate a fuel pump? Summit has sent me the wrong one twice now.

Put it somewhere it won’t get wet. It’s a good idea to use a fuel pump relay. I would suggest somewhere close to the tank so it doesn’t have a long ways to pull the fuel.

Should have been more specific. I was referring to a location to purchase one. I'm tired of messing with Summit.

Did you try Jegs? Forget that I did not see Bosch on the Jegs web site. Try Bosch headquarters maybe they can give you a local distributor.
