2.4 Ovalport Drop-On
I built this and then ended up buying a 260 before I got to run it much. It has 2 hours on it since it went together, so I would still go a little easy on it for another 3 to 5 hours.
2.4L ovalport chrome block, was originally carb converted to EFI.
4 upper cylinders are original chrome plating 3.375"
2 bottom cylinders are steel sleeved and are 3.378"
Non-oiler (hi-po) crank
Fine-tooth aluminum flywheel
165 psi (run 95 octane)
Things done on the rebuild:
New pistons
New rings
New rod bearings
New crank bearings
New Chris Carson Reeds
New Chris Carson 1" spacer
Head studs
Angle cut intake
Weight matched pistons & rods
New switch boxes
New injectors, flow tested
ECU tested and powerhead run on O2 sensors to verify that 3 star emissions rating
Pick it up from me in person or figure out how to get it to yourself from Cali.
