Because nobody has proven it was on purpose yet..... we all know it was their plot to control the world economy, it's obvious. But right now, everyone is being liberal and saying it was a horrible mistake. But...... China won't even admit it originated from them, they are blaming us and everyone else. It doesn't really make much difference if it was intentional or not... the cover-up of the initial cases and misinformation early on is what allowed Covid-19 to become a worldwide pandemic. That part was intentional.
