Gotta come clean...

So a bunch of years ago, i was on this site, as another user that was banned. The reason I was banned was because I ripped someone off, and they made a post about it.. While I was able to post, i made excuses over and over. The bottom line is, the parts were never shipped on my end, but were shipped on his end.

This has weighed on me for many years, and after talking with Greg, this was something that I absolutely need to do.

I need to make this right with Christopher Borah. If anyone has any idea where he is, how to contact him, I would be greatly appreciative.

The last information I had on him was in Vermont, the phone number that i found and the address are no longer his.

Again, I just want to make this right, if that's even possible.

I am sorry if I deceived any newer relationships on this board, that was not my intention.

Here is the thread that I was called out on. I am Quickonstep and a lot of you will remember that name.

Im also not asking for forgiveness, just a way to make this right..

Good on you to fess up and try to make it right. Better late than never. Also a nice respite from the current political shenanigans. Things are looking up. Good luck finding the counterparty.

Jesse, a real person does what you are doing, and it makes me feel very good to see it. It takes guts, but the kind of guts that only really good people possess. We are all human, and we all make mistakes. Making those mistakes right is usually very difficult, and your example here is something that really makes me proud.

Did a little snooping online (because I'm nosey) and came up with info for Lisa Borah at that same Vermont address. No idea of accuracy but shows Christopher Borah as a relative. Three phone numbers are listed for her all area code Eight Zero Two, 3882865, 6837176, and 3521001.

Might be worth a try.

I will make calls tomorrow, for sure. Will keep this updated until it's resolved.

So I called the nu,bears found by transomstand, first one rang endlessly, second was Lisa voicemail,in which I left a message. Third number disconnected.

Must have been tough to make those calls. Keep at it, it's a great thing your trying to do. If you have no luck with them let us know. I'll be at a boating event this week with people from all over New England, I can ask around some if anybody knows him.

Tried calling again today, and the call isn't as tough to make when you own the screw up. Thank you for all your help so far.. I do appreciate it.

An Update, as i was scrolling through Facebook, I had come across a guy in a merc group with the right name, but out of Tennessee..

I sent him a message and posted on the thread that this fella posted on.. hopefully its him

My search is over, I have found Mr. Borah. Thanks to everyone that has helped track him down, Especially that bayou boy, Mircal Parks.

We have made amends, and I believe this chapter in my life, and the life of Scream and Fly, is put to bed.
