I have one in California, and possibly a NOS one also. I know I have a NOS 9.9 tuner, but not sure about the 15.

I know I have a used good 15 hp one though.

15 is an open ended megaphone.. the 9.9 is a tube that connects ph to the lower

You are absolutely correct. I know I got a good one laying on a froze powerhead already pull off and laying in the dirt. Not corroded around the grommet.
