Tempest Plus Prop
Anybody have anything good or bad to say about the Tempest Plus Propellers ? I'm thinking of buying one that is slightly used and 21 pitch. I will be installing it on a 1993 Skeeter 200SX with 2.5 175HP. Thanks for any input.

I have a large hub Trophy and Tempest same pitch the Trophy is bit faster and keeps on plane at a slower speed as well as turns better with less slipping. The Tempest runs 100rpm less and does not accelerate quite as quick. Both great props. But as they say each boat is different and the only to know is try.

the 26 tempest is slower because is not a 26 but about a 25. put it on a 26 repair block and you'll see.

I still have the 25" tempest that my old xr2 was spinning on an old runabout, prop was great out of the hole with the vent plugs out and the top end was great. It's on the wall awaiting it's next home on a future bowrider the wife is nagging for
