answer is no,it does not need one like a brucato.

Brucatos DO NOT need a tps... throttle position is determined by Manifold Air Pressure based on the single vacuum line going to the box...

I know that I have two of them.The guy is stepping up to the plate and swapping me a a63 box for the one he sent me.John marles said no way will that box work on my 280.
