    #6 stayin cold

2.4 ovalport so the poppet hole is the basic round one not the fig. 8 shape. Anyone have experience with #6 being cool to the touch while other cylinders are warm?

I know I am doing some things wrong with this setup but its intentional and unconventional. I want a band-aid for the problem like the vaccine is to a population's lack of health

2pc plate with the rear pee/dump blocked. No poppet in the block an maybe thats what I need to do to fix it, but I thought the goal of the poppet was to make sure the block fills/stays full (which it is doing)

Diverters around the bottom 2 cylinders. Washers in place of t stats.

why would 6 be cool and 5 be the same temp as the others? When you are running no poppet isnt that whole water cavity under the block one area that is un-managed for flow? It just all dumps out that row of holes that cools the tuner.

My goal is to set this mid up so I can drop a PH on it, run it, and take it off. So I would like to avoid having to put poppets in the blocks temporarily and instead make the 2 pc plate manage water similarly to a 1pc. How can I do that? I did not think that small row of holes that cools the tuner would dump too much water but maybe it is? I would think both the bottom cylinders would run cold if that was the case.

It read good for now, we will see how long the sensors last. I'm hoping the big angle will help keep them clean

Yeah it ran good, that was the video I posted in that politics thread you saw. Head gaskets are new and good, stock compression, head studs torqued to 35 ft-lbs

I dont know if this is worth anything, but is it getting fuel? No explosion = no heat. Had something similair years ago. Turned out to be a failing injector. Temp difference wasnt huge btw.
Whats your temp difference? Can you measure?

I have no way to measure each cylinder's heat individually. Plugs all look good and that bank isn't overly lean or rich according to the o2.
The head feels warm like all the other cylinders, but the block feels cooler. Maybe that's just how it is cause it is closer to the adapter plate full of water?
The only reason I worry is the bottom two cylinders in that have steel sleeves, and I do not want to cold seize those pistons. They were clearanced properly, butt still...

When I rev the motor up they seem to even out, its just when it sits at idle...
